1. Agreement to Terms
TruGlove is a disposable-glove brand operated by Bravon Industries LLC ("TruGlove," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Irvine, California.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and TruGlove. By accessing truglove.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We work to describe our products accurately, including materials, thickness, sizing, grades and certifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications or other content are complete, current or error-free. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products and quantities are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and a confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We may accept or decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in pricing or availability.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor, (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation before or at the time of purchase.
- Approved business customers may be offered payment terms (e.g., NET terms) at our discretion; unpaid balances may accrue interest or fees as permitted by law.
5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because gloves are hygiene and safety products, opened items generally cannot be returned unless defective. Returns of unopened, resalable product may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% and must be authorized in advance. Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before an order enters fulfillment.
6. Bulk, Wholesale & Quotes
Quotes provided through our Request a Quote process or distributor program are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to product availability and final confirmation. Bulk, wholesale, private-label and custom orders may be governed by a separate written agreement or purchase order that supplements these Terms. Minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms for such orders will be specified in your quote or agreement.
7. Product Information & Proper Use
Our product pages provide specifications, grades and certifications (for example, ASTM/EN test data and food-contact or exam classifications) to help you choose the right glove. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use, environment and applicable regulatory requirements.
No professional advice. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and is not medical, safety, legal or regulatory advice. Disposable gloves are not a substitute for proper procedures, training, or professional judgment. Always follow applicable workplace, health, food-safety and industry standards, and consult the product's specification and safety data sheets and, where appropriate, a qualified professional before use in sensitive applications.
You agree to use our products only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and manufacturer instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the TruGlove® name and logo, text, graphics, images, product photography, page layouts, and software — are owned by or licensed to Bravon Industries LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our content without our prior written permission. TruGlove® and related marks may not be used without authorization.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access or collect data except as expressly permitted;
- Introduce malware or engage in any activity that compromises security;
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of TruGlove or third parties; or
- Resell or misrepresent our products in a deceptive or non-compliant manner.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending access and reporting to authorities, for any violation.
10. User Content & Submissions
If you submit reviews, questions, ideas or other content ("User Content"), you grant TruGlove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content and that it is accurate and not unlawful, infringing or offensive. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove User Content at our discretion.
11. Third-Party Links & Marketplaces
The Site may link to third-party websites and marketplaces (such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay) that we do not control. Purchases made through those marketplaces are governed by their terms and policies, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Any product-specific warranty we offer, if any, will be stated in writing and is your exclusive remedy for product defects, subject to the limitations below.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUGLOVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TruGlove and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable arbitration provision, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or products at any time without liability.
