Pick the gauge, not the guess

Thickness is the single decision that drives cost, dexterity and how long a glove survives the task. Here is the full TruGlove range — tap any gauge to compare.

Built for the work

The most gloves for the money

01

Lowest cost per glove

Vinyl is the economical choice for high-turnover, non-hazardous work — the way to stretch a PPE budget furthest when gloves change constantly.

02

Latex-free & food-safe

No natural rubber proteins and FDA-compliant for food contact — safe across a mixed crew and cleared for prep and service.

03

Lightly powdered

A light food-grade cornstarch dusting makes gloves slide on fast — easy donning on a busy line, even with damp hands. Prefer no powder? See the powder-free clear.

04

The food-service standard

The clear, unobtrusive finish crews already know — universally recognized for prep and service. Need gloves that stand out for visual compliance checks? See the blue vinyl.

Product detail

The high-volume glove for everyday, low-risk work

Not every task needs a nitrile glove. For food prep, light cleaning and general handling — short-duration, low-risk work where gloves get changed constantly — a 3 mil vinyl does the job at a fraction of the cost. This one is lightly powdered and food-safe, in the classic clear finish that is the default on prep lines everywhere. The light cornstarch dusting speeds donning when hands are damp and gloves change constantly, so you keep hands protected and budgets in check.

Vinyl (PVC) is naturally latex-free, so there is no Type I allergy exposure across your team, and the light powder plus ambidextrous, beaded-cuff design dons fast from a 100-count dispenser. It is built for frequent changes rather than heavy wear.

Where it performs

Food service and prep, grocery, deli and light food processing, hospitality and housekeeping, light janitorial and general-purpose handling — anywhere the work is light-duty, contact is brief and cost per glove matters.

Want no powder residue — or a high-visibility color? The same glove comes powder-free in clear and in bright blue vinyl. For durability, chemical resistance, sharp edges or exam-grade protection, step up to nitrile — the 4 mil blue nitrile for food and clinical use, or the black industrial line for the shop.

Questions

Before you order

What are vinyl gloves best for?
Short-duration, low-risk, high-turnover tasks — food prep, light cleaning and general handling — where cost per glove matters and gloves are changed often. For durability, chemicals or exam use, choose nitrile.
Are these gloves food safe?
Yes. This vinyl is FDA-compliant for food contact, so it is suitable for prep, plating, packaging and service.
Are vinyl gloves latex-free?
Yes. Vinyl (PVC) contains no natural rubber latex, so there is no Type I latex allergy risk — safe to standardize across a mixed team.
Powdered or powder-free — which should I choose?
The light food-grade cornstarch powder makes gloves easier to don, especially with damp hands on a fast line — it is fine for food service and general-purpose use. Note that US FDA rules prohibit powdered gloves for medical exam, surgical and patient-care use; for those applications choose the powder-free clear vinyl or a nitrile exam glove.
Vinyl or nitrile — which should I choose?
Choose vinyl for the lowest cost on light-duty, non-hazardous work. Choose nitrile when you need more durability, chemical resistance, puncture protection or an exam-grade glove.
What chemicals do vinyl gloves resist?
Vinyl offers only light, incidental splash protection and is not intended for chemical handling. For solvents, oils or hazards, use a nitrile or a rated chemical-resistant glove.
What is the minimum order?
Pricing starts at case quantity — 1,000 gloves (10 boxes of 100). Volume, pallet and standing-order pricing is quoted on request.
Do you private label?
Yes. We supply custom colors, thicknesses, cuff lengths and your own box art for volume buyers. Include the details in your quote request.
