1. Overview
TruGlove ("TruGlove," "we," "us," or "our") is a disposable-glove brand operated by Bravon Industries LLC, located in Irvine, California. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Policy applies to information we collect through our website at truglove.com and related pages, our online store, our contact, quote and distributor forms, our email communications, and our marketplace and customer-service interactions (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Quick summary: We collect the information you give us (like contact and order details) and some information automatically (like device and usage data via cookies). We use it to run our store, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, send communications you've requested, and improve and secure the Services. We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense; see Section 10 for California specifics on "sharing" for cross-context advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill and ship your orders and provide customer service;
- Respond to your inquiries, quotes and distributor applications;
- Create and manage your account;
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, where permitted, marketing communications via Brevo;
- Operate, maintain, personalize and improve the Services and our products;
- Measure and analyze traffic, usage and marketing performance;
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, security and technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Where required by law, we rely on legal bases including your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Email & Marketing Communications
With your permission, we send marketing emails (product updates, offers, standards news) through Brevo. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contacting us at hello@truglove.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional or service messages related to your orders and account.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, order and tax records are typically kept for 1 year, while marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the information.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and access controls. Payment card data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Port a copy of your information;
- Opt out of marketing and, where applicable, targeted advertising or "sharing"; and
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
